▪ USES: Provides heat therapy for temporary relief of mild menstrual cramps and associated back pain.

It is recommended to use

▪ Tear open pouch when ready to use.

▪ Peel away the paper to expose the sticky side. Place on painful area with sticky side against underwear, not skin. Stick it firmly.

▪ It may take up to 30 minutes to reach therapeutic temperature.

▪ Wear for up to 8 hours. Do not wear for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period.

▪ Lay the wrap flat on top of your underwear. Do not fold or uncover as your risk of burns is increased.

▪ Just open the sachet; start warming on its own.
